BOTOX Cosmetic^®

Botox Cosmetic® is a simple, non-surgical, safe, and best of all, effective, way to help smooth out frown lines and give your face a more relaxed, refreshed look. Botox® (botulinum toxin type A) is an injectable treatment derived from a purified protein. It works by relaxing the muscles that cause dynamic wrinkles. Dynamic wrinkles are those caused by repeated muscular contractions such as frowning and squinting. A tiny amount of Botox Cosmetic® is injected into the muscle that creates the dynamic wrinkle. When injected, Botox Cosmetic® blocks the nerve impulse from reaching that area, and as a result, the muscle relaxes. The effects of a Botox Cosmetic® treatment usually last 3 – 6 months.

Restylane & Perlane^®

These fillers are used for the forehead, eyes, cheeks, mouth and lips. Soften or eliminate lines and wrinkles that are bothersome to you, or plump up your lips for that youthful look. It can all be done with Restylane® and Perlane®, which are injectable aesthetic fillers made of hyaluronic acid, a natural substance already present in the human body. The Restylane® suite of products utilizes NASHA™ - Non-Animal Stabilized Hyaluronic Acid – the first stable, biodegradable, non-animal hyaluronic acid. No pre-testing is required, so the treatment may be carried out immediately. Treatment results generally last for approximately 4 – 6 months, depending on many individual factors, including age, skin type, lifestyle and muscle activity.

JuvÉderm^®

Juvéderm is a hyaluronic acid in the form of a transparent homogeneous gel, which does not require any preliminary testing for allergic reactions. As you age, your skin begins to lose its elasticity, creating annoying lines and wrinkles. Your lips might lose their volume, causing lipstick to run or give you a sad expression. With a simple treatment of Juvéderm®, imperfections and signs of aging are softened, erasing some of those little annoyances, such as moderate smile lines and marionette lines. The results are immediate and last approximately 6 – 9 months.

Cosmoderm^®

Cosmoderm® is made of highly purified human-based collagen. Collagen is part of the natural support structure of your skin and as you age wrinkles are formed when this natural collagen layer begins to thin. A pre-treatment skin test to determine if you might have an allergic response, is not required. This filler is injected under the eyes to reduce the hollowed appearance and lighten any dark circles in the area.

Teosyal
